Ingredients
- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 6 oz rice noodles
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a wok, heat sesame oil over high heat.
- Add beef and stir-fry until browned; remove and set aside.
- Add garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper; stir-fry 3–5 minutes.
- Return beef and noodles to pan; add soy sauce and toss to coat. Serve hot.
