Easy Tofu Stir Fry for Dinner

This tofu stir fry features golden tofu cubes, crisp vegetables, and a light homemade sauce. It’s entirely plant-based and ready in under 30 minutes - perfect for a weeknight dinner without the fuss.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Pat tofu dry and toss in cornstarch.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté tofu until golden; remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic, pepper, and broccoli; cook 5–6 minutes.
  4. Add tofu back in, drizzle with soy sauce, toss well and serve.
