This tofu stir fry features golden tofu cubes, crisp vegetables, and a light homemade sauce. It’s entirely plant-based and ready in under 30 minutes - perfect for a weeknight dinner without the fuss.
Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Pat tofu dry and toss in cornstarch.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté tofu until golden; remove and set aside.
- Add garlic, pepper, and broccoli; cook 5–6 minutes.
- Add tofu back in, drizzle with soy sauce, toss well and serve.
