Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Soy sauce or hot sauce to taste
Instructions
- Sauté bell pepper and zucchini in olive oil for 4–5 minutes.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Fry eggs in a separate pan to desired doneness.
