Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and a splash of water. Cover and steam for 3 minutes.
- Return shrimp to the skillet. Add soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Stir to combine and heat through.
