Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add broccoli and a splash of water. Cover and steam for 3 minutes.
  4. Return shrimp to the skillet. Add soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Stir to combine and heat through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
